During your consultation, our surveyor can provide product samples and detailed guides, ensuring you fully understand your options and can make an informed decision. Working together, we’ll find the perfect VELUX solution for your needs.
3. Clear, Itemised Quotation:
Following the survey, we’ll provide a straightforward, itemised quote. If you have any questions, our expert team will be on hand to help. Once you’re ready to proceed, let us know and we’ll move on to the next step.
4. Coordination & Scheduling:
After confirming your order, we will arrange an installation date and forward deposit instructions via email, providing a receipt upon payment. We’ll then activate your CPA deposit and insurance-backed guarantee application for added peace of mind, and order your chosen VELUX products. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed at every stage.
5. Professional Installation:
On the day of installation, our skilled team will arrive promptly and answer any pre-installation questions you may have. We’ll prepare the chosen area and install your new VELUX products with minimal disruption, always respecting your property. Before we leave, we’ll ensure the space is clean, tidy, and ready for you to enjoy. A member of our team will also demonstrate how to use and care for your new improvements.
6. Aftercare & Support:
Once the installation is complete and we’ve received your final payment, we’ll send you your Customer Completion Pack. Inside, you’ll find all relevant guarantees, product documentation, and care instructions. Your new or replacement windows come with a 10-year AHL workmanship guarantee, a VELUX® manufacturer’s guarantee, a CPA insurance-backed guarantee, and FENSA certification—offering complete peace of mind.
